Can't get TIVO network working!

I've had my TIVO working for several years, but after
initially setting it up, I found that I could not access the http page, meaning that I can't put it into manual maintenance mode. I can't Telnet it, ping it or access it through anything except FTP.
I have changed routers several times, but have not been able to access it through any of them.
At the moment I can't even get it to change its IP address.
I've tried turning off all firewalls and port forwarding, but I still can't connect to it.

It IS, however, still downloading data.

Can anyone help????

Are you getting a message after reboot giving you the IP address ?
