I have a silver thompson one (brand new) if you are interested. Am happy to send it to you from Australia for nothing if someone here can guarantee it works on your TiVo? Can't see why not it's exactly the same as mine except Silver.

The Thomsons work fine with all Philips Tivo's.

Can I make the same appeal as well please? :) Though not expecting the same result, very happy to pay for one. Keep meaning to order one from the US/UK but if anyone has a spare they wouldn't mind parting with, I have a Phillips with a broken TiVo button that's rather temperamental as well (just stops working for no reason sometimes). Silver Thompson or black Phillips one I'm not fussy!
Sorry, only had the one. Off to a good home though ( I assume New Zealand is a good home :D )
