IR Setup for Optus Jerrold 550 STB

Hi, I've just received my Tivo and am having difficulty getting the Tivo to control the STB.

The STB is an Optus Jerrold 550, however the Jerrold setting in the GS will not control it (Code is 00067).

Searching through the Tivo forums overseas it looks like the Jerrold 550 has been setup in the UK under code 10006.

Can anyone tell me how to get this setup data, and how to load it onto my Tivo ???

Does anyone else use this STB, and could assist ?

If you scroll past the oztivo boxes to the US ones, you should find it under the manufacturer "General Instruments".

After instructing Steve to test the IR output with a Digital Camera we believe the problem is a fault in the IR Circuitry. As we always say, we stand behind every TiVo we sell, so the TiVo is being returned to us and will be repaired or replaced as required.
