How to use Joe text editor?

Hi
I'm just stumbling around trying to find out what all the hacks are for Tivo and how to use everything.

I keep reading about "JOE" and have found it in my /devbin directory.

i tried the ctr k h to get help but that didnt work! is there some howto on the web somewhere? i've tried several searches but come up blank.
