How to load the AUSTAR IR codes slice

I am running the 1.4 image and have just upgraded to a TelstraSaturns Digital box.

I have read the existing thread on TelstraSaturns Digital and it mentions changing to the Austar IR codes. I have searched my existing IR codes and it appears that I don't already have the Austar IR codes.

I downloaded these codes from the above mentioned thread but am unsure as to how I load them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
