How do I disable 'Tivo Suggestions' from recording?

Hi, I've done a search on this and had no luck, my Tivo keeps recording 'Tivo Suggestions' is there a way I can disable this feature, i've looked in the tivo menus but had no luck, if someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated,

Have a look under the following:
Messages & Setup -> My Preferences -> TiVo's Suggestions

It's in the viewer guide. Page 53 in this version:

and page 61 in other versions.

'On the Messages & Setup, TiVo’s Suggestions screen, check “No.” You can still pick programs to record from the TiVo’s Suggestions list and the
recorder will record them, but it will only record the ones you specifically request.'
