Help in Tweed/Gold Coast area

Hello All
I am having networking trouble with my Tivo and I was wondering if there are any Tivo users on the Tweed/Gold Coast that would be willing to have a look at my setup and tell/show me what I have done wrong.

Here is what I have;
Philips Tivo with TurboNet card
3Com OfficeConnect network switch.
Windows XP box.

Yes I finally got it working. I upgraded to Telstra ADSL and I just thought I would try the TIVO again and it worked perfectly.(Almost) Both calls worked fine.
