No guide data

I have no guide data, stops this Saturday???

My guide generation system is uploading data fine, has data until 19 Feb.

Same here - but also I note that I have not had a successful download on either TiVo since 6th Feb. Have rebooted several times and no joy. Is this part of the same problem?

Yes, we moved offices last weekend, new firewall etc...

Should be fixed.
