getting TIVO out of standby

I lost the remote for my Sony SVR-2000 TIVO in a relocation. I got it working using a universal remote. Then I mistakenly hit the Standby selection and the TIVO turned off. The message said to wake the TIVO by pressing the power button on the remote. But that does not work. The TIVO will reboot if unplugged but then just goes back to sleep again. What do I do now?

Not sure if the Trickey software has the TiVo button, but might be worth a try.
