Higuide has gone feral

Hi list,

I've had over a year of happy ozTivoing but I've recently become aware that my higuide isn't working as it should. Please see attached error message. I've not changed a thing.

Any ideas?

I did Peter. There was no change but I have tried the HiGuide again today and all seems as though its back to normal.
