New 7mate state selectable channels needed

I posted this problem in the Oztivo TWiki but have not had a response. The problem is as follows:

The current Australia wide channel, 7mate is starting to have different programming between the different states.

Friday 29th July

Vic-Mel, WA-Perth, TAS-Hobart, NT-Darwin.

My Name is Earl - 7:30pm - 8:30pm
How I Met Your Mother - 8:30pm - 9:30pm
Starship Troopers - 9:30pm - 12:00am

ACT-Canberra, NSW-Sydney, QLD-Brisbane.

My Name is Earl 7:30pm - 8:30pm
How I Met Your Mother - 8:30pm - 9:30pm
Unsolved Mysteries - 9:30pm - 12:30am

Saturday 30th July

Vic-Mel, WA-Perth, TAS-Hobart, NT-Darwin.

Air Crash Investigation - 7:30pm - 8:30pm
The Count of Monte Cristo - 8:30pm - 11:30pm
Unsolved Mysteries - 11:30pm - 12:30am

The same problem exists tonight, Friday the 16th of September, Sydney football - Melbourne Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.
The variations only seem to be around the weekend, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

New 7mate state or area selectable channel options I now believe are necessary for the Oztivo guide data.
