If a TIVO fails inside the warranty period where do you take it in Perth?

I bought from JB Hi-Fi in November/December 2010, do I take it back to JB Hi-Fi or who?

The TIVO site in Australia appears to have bugger all info regarding this situation that I can find.

Hybrid who I think represent TIVO in Australia doesn't seem to have anything about warranty on their site either.

'm concerned because I've seen a couple of posts in Forums that Tivo Support/Service isn't replying to emails

Take it back to JB Hifi first.

If they don't want to know about it then you'll have to go through Hybrid, who will eventually answer but are usually quite slow at doing so.

What's wrong with it may I ask?
