View Full Version : Channels missing from Canberra/Transact lineup

Several channels are missing from the Canberra/Transact lineup, ie they appear on the Transact web page http://www.transact.com.au/television/channels.aspx, but are not in the lineup file http://www.oztivo.net/oztivofiles/headend_config/ACT/Transact_Cable.lnup, nor do they appear in the TiVo.

The channels are:

24 ABC News 24
55 Eleven
63 7mate
80 Gem

Is this something I can fix? If not, can it be relayed to the relevant expert?

Thanks for arranging the addition of the channels.

Two questions:

1. Will they appear in the .lnup file?

2. Will a phone call cause them to be added into the TiVo, or is it necessary to redo the setup?

1. They already do.

2. you will get them on your next daily call, then just select them in channels you receive.
