View Full Version : out of the box tivo....channel 7???

Have just set up new tivo and all channel 7 services dont work.

I tried other services in the home and all ok.....I tried restarting tivo and still nothing...and then checked signal strength to see if it was affected but it was ok.....and finally another channel search but to no success.

The display for any channel 7 services is either pixelated, a mismash of another channel or I get the message 'this station is not authorized.

It was a lineball decision to buy this unit as we changed over from Topfield and so far this is a strike for Tivo for me....hope it proves me right.

Awaiting help!!!

I'll give you the same answer here as I gave on tivocommunity.

Use the delete all chanels function and then do a rescan to see if it comes in.
