Bris 31

The old analog Bris 31 channel has now been transferred to digital 44. How do I select that channel for inclusion ?

Has 31 been replaced by 44 or are they running both simultaneously?

They are broadcasting analog on 31 and digital on 44. My channels I receive has bris31 listed as channel 4, which does not work.
