FTA 7 9 and 10 guides missing

I am missing the guide for channels 7,9 & 10. I am in Brisbane. Is there anything I can do to get the data.

If after doing a daily call, forcing indexing, and waiting for the indexing to complete, data does not appear; then check our website (tvguide.oztivo.net) to , check to see if we actually have the data and that it is included in the current slice.

Considering your posts are only a few minutes apart I guess you either did not force indexing, or did not wait for it to be completed.
