In case this will help others lost like I was...
The direct URL to SliceUtils.zip (see below) did not work for me, but from the FAQs Forum here I got to OzTiVo WebHome (http://www.oztivo.net/twiki/bin/view) and from there to the File Upload Area (http://www.oztivo.net/twiki/bin/view/Uploads/WebHome), where Viola!, files for downloading!

Hi, I just hacked my first TiVo (an old HDR212) for use as a PVR and loaded the 2011 NoNag slice before finding the 2030 slice. Now the 2030 slice won't upload, I presume because the version number is the same? It seems I need writeguide to edit the NoNag2030 slice, but the only reference I can find (http://forums.oztivo.net/showpost.php?p=3185&postcount=2) is to Minnie (http://minnie.tuhs.org/twiki/pub/Uploads/WebHome/SliceUtils.zip), where I get this message:

You don't have permission to access /twiki/pub/Uploads/WebHome/SliceUtils.zip on this server.
Can someone post writeguide or SliceUtils.zip that will work on a SA Series 1? I am not looking for free guide data, etc., just don't want to NoNag to run out in Jan 2011, which isn't that far from now.
