Using tvguide xmltv data

i seem to still be sketchy on this issue:
can I use the oztivo xmltv info to create web-applications, like a free tv guide or google gadgets?

as long as i copy the data onto my server first so as not to use too-much of you bandwidth

As long as you do not charge for your program, follow the conditions of the data policy, and host the data yourself you are fine.
