Problem with DISNEY channel

Hi All,

Hoping someone may have an idea how to fix this -

for a couple of weeks now the disney channel guide data seems to be shifted by about 2 hours, consequently my daughters hanna montanna and all other tweeny bopper type stuff is not recording correctly.


I just took a look at what I thought the EPG was for disney using the GRID display and this matches my Listings just fine.

It seems that something is not quite right with this channel on the EPG.


I tried to create a login for my self on the EPG and while I got the welcome EMAIL ok - when I try to log in using my email and the password it sends - I get:
This email address is not registered!

If someone could point me towards whoever runs the EPG site so I can get in touch about being able to log in that'd be awesome!..

OK - time for an update.

This problem does now appear to be fixed - did somebody do something? Or did it magically heal itself ;)

And now we have a new issue - there seems to be NO gude data for channel 40 at all!

Any Ideas?

It may be data that is taken from OzTiVo, and we have had a few members leave recently so there are gaps in what is being uploaded.
