Hi,
I noticed that SBSWN is no longer populated, but SBS-NEWS is.
My TiVo is still mapped to SBSWN - I assume this will need to be changed on the headend?
Thanks Nick

The act headend are due to be changed soon because transact have changed their channels around. Are you on transact?
Peter.

No this is Free to Air only - so I would assume it affects all FTAs
If I look at the guide data SBSWN is empty and SBS-News has been populated with guide data.

Someone is manually uploading the data to the wrong station. I have moved the current data to SBSWN

The upload of correct data continues to SBS-NEWS
The upload of data has finally resumed to SBSWN, starting with Sat 11 Oct. The data is out by an hour and missing at least one program.
How do we get SBSWN fixed?
Cheers Nick

We are removing SBSWN and will only have SBS-NEWS from now on. This will occur on Wednesday afternoon and will be pickup by your TiVo on the next call after that.

Many thanks for looking into this.
Hopefully the good data will continue to flow to SBS-NEWS
Thanks again

We are looking at self propagating SBS-NEWS as the schedule does not seem to change week to week.
If you have any Season Passes for SBSWN you will need to delete these once the change has taken place and make new ones using SBS-NEWS.
Peter.
