Vibe, Sky Movie Greats Missing

Hi all

A friend of mine mentioned that their TiVo was missing a few of the new channels (like Vibe, Sky Movie Greats etc) and I suggested that was because they would need to be added under "customise channels" but when we went in there they aren't appearing for selection. They all appear on my TiVo which is on the new emulator - I can't remember whether their's is or not.

Any ideas?

I was wondering why I didn't have Vibe and Movies2 (even if I don't receive them) but it's not on the Saturn Analog postcode only digital. Are you sure it's the correct postcode? I also once had to do a guided setup again (FULL clearing all data as one keeping the data didn't fix it) to get a change to the channels.
