Hi all,

I have recently moved from a Telstra cable location to a new location using freeview satellite. I have a UK Tivo running UK 2.5.5. I have got the satellite box installed and the Ir codes working with the Tivo using the old Telstra setup. I am now attempting to redo to GS using the 02110 postcode for freeview so I have the right lineup for freeview. I have tried selecting:

1. Aerial Only
2. Aerial + Digital Cable/Digital Terrestrial
3. Aerial + Analogue Cable
4. Digital Satellite + Digital Cable/Digital Terrestrial
5. Aerial + Digital Satelitte

And Post Code 02110.

The call to the emulator completes with no errors.

The Tivo then asks me the following:

Freeview-Satellite, FV
AV Input-Satellite, AV
Sky Digital-Satellite, NZ
None of the above

I select Freeview-Satellite, FV.

The tivo then asks me if I have a set top box which I answer yes. The tivo then states there are no providers in my area.

Does anyone have an idea of what i need to do to get this GS to work with my UK 2.5.5?

Thanks in advance.

I'm sure someone else can probably help more than I can, but just incase it is useful - my UK 2.5.5 tivo is using 02113 with the satellite and cable option, with Freeview selected as the first input.

Well after a few late nights I seem to have got this sorted. It seems my Tivo was a little confused so I did a clear and delete all data which made the GS work better. A clear and delete programs and todo lists didnt do the job unfortunately. It was a little confusing to say the least working out the right lineup options to use between freeview cable and satellite. I am assuming this has been done like this to be flexible for most users?

Once setup, my tivo was not loading guide data as it seemed to think it already had the latest slice files. After waiting a day things seem to have settled and my tivo now has Freeview guide for this Friday - yay!!!

The wife was a little upset loosing a few shows but she is pleased to see the Tivo operational again.
