OZTIVO and TIVO AU (7 and Engin)

Does anyone know if there is / will be any compatibility issues between OZTIVO and the new TIVO Australia from 7 and Engin?

You will not be able to use an OzTiVo unit to get the official Seven/Engin guide data and you will not be able to use an official Seven/Engin TiVo to get the OzTiVo guide data.
