Unable to enter recorder and phone setup

Hi All,
I've just got my Tivo up and running however I am unable to get into the recorder and phone setup menu item, it just returns me to the same messages and setup menu.

I have built it from the latest NZ Image, I have only done the base setup and this has happened (after 2 x reimages as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. This is normal as you need to be in "Maintenance mode" for it to work. Instructions on how to do that are here:
