Guide Data Down?

I have been trying to do a forced TiVo Phone to get new TV guide data for a last 2 days and it always comes back with "Failed. Service unavailable"!

Is the guide data down at the moment or is there a problem with mt TiVo???

All fine this way. Set up two TiVo's in the last 48 hours and my personal two have received guide data in the last 12 hours.
