To Be Announced msg

Hi can anyone help - I have not got guide info for certain channels (all the Foxtel +2 programs) All I get in the on screen guide is the message "to be announced"
I have re-booted, re-run guided set-up, tried to force indexing etc etc, but still get this message.

Any suggestions??

This is a known issue that is currently being worked on.

Could you please send an email to wkt@tuhs.org with the subject '+2 channels missing'.

In the body of the message include
your State:
Paytv company:
Delivery method (Sat/Cable):
Digital/Analog:
TiVoID:

In case you don't know, Your TiVo Service Number (tiVoID) can be found in Messages & Setup/System Information.

Some changes have been made to the system.

Try forcing a daily call tonight after the new slices have been generated.

Check the new data Fri-Sun and see if it's ok.

Unfortunately this won't fix data for earlier in the week.

Hi Peter

Forced call today. Can get program data thru channel grid on TiVo Web, or by searching in choose programs to record on TiVo "fav channels" option - not showing on screen guide as yet, but note your comment about it not showing up until later in week. Thanks for everything.

Warren has fixed the issue, and all should be good again from tonight on.
