Time issues

My Tivo is showing the wrong time. I have let it run for a few days in the hope that it might syncronise to the correct time but this has not happened. Essientially the time is 5 hours slow (12:30pm when the time is really 5:30pm). However, the odd thing is that shows still get recorded. I think this is because the shows listings are also 5 hours behind.

Could this allude to a incorrect guided setup? I did enter 0600 and 008 for my state (WA)..

Additionally, shows are being recorded 5~8 minutes early and are also ending early, not recording the last 5mins of the show

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Have checked the tvlog file and I cannot find 'warped' to suggest a warped clock
