Anyone got 'pal_ntsc.itcl' handy ??

I deleted the PAL/NTSC web module file (pal_ntsc.itcl) some time ago (by accident) and now need to run guided setup. I have tried to find a copy on Minnie and googling but no luck.

Any ideas??
