Opening Up a TIVO Port

Hi,

I'm running the UK TIVO and UK Image. I'm wanting to know how I can open up port 1400 on my Tivo - can this be done? If so how do I go about it?

The reason i'm asking is that i'm want to get my Xbox (running XBMC) to talk to the Tivo and it wants to connect through port 1400 which, after running a port scan, was not shown as open.

Any help / ideas appreciated.

The TiVo will only listen on a port if you have started a daemon for that port... You probably want to download ccxstream for the Series 1 TiVo (http://www.fatattitude.com/software/downloads.asp?app=8) and start that on your TiVo.
