Guide data issues and tips to resolve

SBS World Movies (channel 32) not displaying guide data in Sydney. Programs on channel 32 can be recorded manually. Other SBS channels are showing guide data. Can this problem be fixed? Can others find guide data for channel 32?

SBS World Movies (channel 32) not displaying guide data in Sydney. Programs on channel 32 can be recorded manually. Other SBS channels are showing guide data. Can this problem be fixed? Can others find guide data for channel 32?

I don't have any data for channel 32 (along with a number of other channels). The problem is, I think, that we have lost the knowledge required to update the guide data when a line up change occurs.
