From what I can tell its:
0-24 posts = Newbie
25-99 posts = Member
100-199 posts = Senior Member
200+ posts = Guru
Or course once tenty catches up with this thread I think he can change "Newbie" to something more appropriate for you. I'm thinking "Soldering Legend".
It will still say "Forum Newbie" underneath though.
