    Problems With EPG

    I was going to look through my TiVo's EPG last night to see if there was anything on to watch, but every channel has "To Be Advised" as the program showing and it's the same for the next couple of days. I looked again this morning and it was the same so I tried reseting the system but that didnt fix the problem.

    Is anyone else having this same problem?? Does anyone know why this is happening??

    It sounds like a connection issue.

    Next time this happens, you might want to have a look in the network settings section to see when the last successful call was made.

    I had this happen a week or so ago with one channel just having To Be Advised for everything. I looked up the Network settings and it said the system was pending a restart. I restarted the Tivo which resolved the problem.

    Perhaps you received this same update and the Tivo has since restarted itself?

    yes, the TiVo will not do any guide calls till it restarts after an update has been loaded.

    But the longest this should delay a call is 24 hours.

    So really it should only be one day 7 days ahead (14 in NZ) that is missing.

    Either way glad it worked out for both of you.
