Hi

My Thomson tivo (uk image) has been working fine for 8 months until 2 weeks ago when I noticed that it was low in guide data.
When checked the phone calls were failing with Failed Getting Account Status. Several daily calls were attempted with the same response.
Eventually the problem cleared but has returned about 3 days ago.

I am having no problems with Sony tivos and have made no changes to network access etc.

Any ideas
