Failed Getting Account Status - Thomson

As suggested new thread started for continuing problems of "Failed Getting Account Status" This has happened frequently on 1.3.1 but seemed to be manually overcome by clearing the tClient log. On 2.0.0 this does not remedy the problem. The log is attached.

It's still failing at the same location as before.

I can't tell why you are not getting confirmation from the emulator. Maybe someone can check the emulator logs to see if there are any clues.

The server logs were kindly sent to me, here they are, does this help at all?

Server logs didn't help

Stupid thing is acceptfile.cgi is only used to upload your logs and thumbs ratings to the emulator, which we don't use here.

Is it working intermittantly or not at all.

It seems that there could be a communications issue between you and the server? Would be interesting to know if others are having similar issues.

Might be worth seeing if the following works from the command line?

As noted in the other thread on this issue, I had the same problem around about December running 2.5.5, but after it magically came right have not had it again since (I say that with my fingers crossed for good luck that it doesnt happen again).

I have occassionally had it stuck on "setting clock" (ie the for 24 hours), but a reboot seemed to let the next attempt connect ok.

OK, I used the swithces as the TiVo was using as identified by Pete above:

This TiVo with 2.0.0 is running out of data. Are there file(s) I can copy off the other TiVo's, which are generally getting their data (1.3.1's), to keep this other TiVo on track for recording?
