I have tried searching the website for help on this but found nothing. I swapped over my broadband to Xtra ADSL2+ and now when my tivo makes a phone call it fails with "Failed. Service unavailable" Anyone else had this?

Did your network setup change?
ie: is your gateway the same as before (ie: your router's address, 192.168.1.1 ??)
Telnet to your tivo box and try the following:
ifconfig
route
wget http://210.48.107.133:8000/
traceroute -n 210.48.107.133
Did you get an new modem/router with the new broadband service? If so, is your TiVo getting an IP address assigned, or if you have a static IP assigned is it in the correct range for the new router?
