Updated version of NoNag.slice?

I've a TiVo without NIC and use NoNag.slice to prevent the TiVo from complaining about missing guide data.
However, NoNag.slice will expire in about 4 years from now on 01/26/2011.
It would be great if someone could create a new version that lasts a bit longer.

Consider it to be added to the "to do" list and your request to be fulfilled sometime between now and closer to that date ;)
