TiVo reporting lost power at start of some programs

We are experiencing an occasional (like once a week, but on
different days) occurrence with TiVo recording the 7 pm ABC news. The
initial portion does not get recorded, and TiVo reports 'power was lost
or media device unplugged'.
We have not unplugged anything, and the problem has not (yet)
occurred with other scheduled recordings. Our hard drive was recently replaced.
Could it be a problem with ABC transmitting an incorrect signal at 7 pm?
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so how did you fix it?

That's an interesting fault. Is it always happening at 7PM?
Have you tried the SD and HD versions of ABC?
Worth a look anyway.
