I have read that Netgear ReadyNAS devices support streaming media to TiVoHD, for example the RDN2000 (http://www.netgear.com/home/products/storage/prosumer/RND2000.aspx). From the product description:
all ReadyNAS units feature the ability to stream content through DLNA® compatible devices like game consoles and televisions or even TiVo

As I understand it the ReadyNAS devices emulates the TiVo Desktop (Plus) software, TiVoHD does not support DLNA.

Someone on the TiVo Community Forum has reported (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=476199)getting it working.

Can anyone confirm whether or not this works with Au/NZ TiVoHD?

I've got an RNDU2000, and streaming is just plug and play with TiVo HD.

But its a real clunky interface to use, I don't bother.

The interface on the TiVo? Is it identical to accessing files off a PC running TiVo Desktop Plus? I don't mind it too much.

It's exactly the same as what you use for accessing shares off Desktop Plus.
