I have noticed that the guide data for channel 619 is all over the place a bit.

Generally compared to foxtels own online guide the times are incorrect but there is also some shows reversed in order.

I also noticed that often there is 2 entries for a show one after the other.

I have only just noticed this after the daylight savings switch, however the week before I reimaged my drive to the latest release and built the Tivo from scratch.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Anytime you have guide issues, it pays to check our TV Guide Website (http://www.oztivo.net/tivo-bin/tvguide.pl) first to see if it is a guide issue or an issue with your TiVo.

This sounds like a guide issue, could you please give some examples so we can look into it.

Peter.

Thanks Peter.

I did not know about the TV Guide website, however when I went there just now and tried to register on this page http://minnie.tuhs.org/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/TWikiRegistration it told me the page was Forbidden.

What sort of examples do you want? does it matter if it's in the past? I'm guessing you just want a few lines from the Tivo versus the same time frame on Foxtel, is that correct?

Cheers

You can register to use the site here (http://www.oztivo.net/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/TWikiRegistration).

Once registered you can both view and edit the data.

Can you show some example of the issues you are seeing by giving dates and times in the future (beyond Saturday) The past does not matter as we cannot fix that.

Please tell us what you see scheduled and what is correct.

I don't have the data for after Saturday, but will if needed.

This is what I have collected already for this evening Friday 10th April

The slices sent to your TiVo are made at around 3pm EST each day, so it is too late to do anything about data for Saturday as it has already been made.

I really need something beyond Saturday to be able to fix it. Your TiVo should have BBC data till the 22nd, if it doesn't it need to make a call to pick it up.

I sat down this morning to gather some more data.

I chose next Wed 15th so it was far enough in the future.

However this time everything lined up correctly, has ther been any changes made?

Nothing has been changed, as the data you referred to was in the past.

It may have just been a bad upload by someone.

Peter.
